Experience in the Security Field
James has always been involved in private investigations and security, unlike most former law enforcement officers who transition from police work to a second carrier in the security industry.
He served first as an investigative intern at John M. Price & Associates. He then held part-time security agent jobs with some of Chicago's most prestigious hotels and other hospitality establishments.
Later, he held private investigator positions with licensed firms, all parallel to his police service. In total, he has more than 30 years of background in the industry.
